Those features look great lit, but they’re also where DIY lighting gets risky. We measure your roofline by satellite from your address, so we can price your home without a site visit. Then we design runs for each section, like the front gutter, the peaks and the garage, and cut them to length in our shop before install day.
Two-story homes are welcome. Our crew uses stabilized ladders and fall protection on every two-story job, and the price simply adjusts (+20%) for the extra height.
HOA-friendly by design
Many Carolina Forest communities have HOA guidelines about holiday decorations, including timing, colors or placement. Tell us your community on the quote form, and we’ll design to your HOA’s rules. If your HOA requires approval, we’ll give you a simple design summary to submit. And because we use clips only, never nails or staples, there’s no damage to gutters or shingles to worry about.

Add the finishing touches
Carolina Forest landscaping often includes palms, crape myrtles and foundation shrubs. That’s where our landscape background shows. Add palm trunk wraps ($125), full trunk-and-canopy palm wraps ($225), shrub nets ($45), lit wreaths or walkway lights. Want the whole yard holiday-ready? Our Holiday Ready bundle adds a leaf cleanup and fresh pine straw in the same visit window, with 10% off the cleanup.
Neighbors save together
We schedule installs by area, and Carolina Forest has its own install days. When a neighbor on your street books too, you each get $50 off. It’s an easy way to light up a whole block.
How it works

- We measure your roofline by satellite and email you a price, usually within two business hours.
- Approve your quote and pay a 50% deposit.
- We install, keep it glowing all season and take it all down after New Year’s.
Installs run from early November through mid-December, and the calendar fills from the earliest dates first.
