How the proposal works

  1. Tell us about the entrance using the form: palms, a photo and your decision date.
  2. We build a one-page, board-ready proposal: a mockup of your actual entrance with lights added, the package price, the 3-year option, a certificate of insurance and a W-9.
  3. Approve by Nov 20, and your entrance is lit by Dec 5. Manage several communities? We’ll bundle every proposal into one packet.
  4. We install on weekdays, 9am-3pm, with cones and high-visibility vests, then fix any outage within 24 hours all season.

How we work at your entrance

Power, surveyed up frontWe check your outlets at the quote. If there’s no usable GFCI outlet, the association’s electrician adds one, and that’s a condition of the quote. Plug-in only, never hardwired.
Traffic safetyCones and high-visibility vests at every entrance. We install weekdays 9am-3pm to stay clear of resident rush hours.
Palm-safe wrappingSpiral wrap at 4″ spacing. We never wrap the crown shaft tight or staple into the trunk. Photocell timers run dusk to 11pm.

HOA & Commercial Holiday Lighting FAQ

What do you need from us?

An entrance photo (or we’ll pull one), the decision date, and who signs. We count the palms and measure the monuments from imagery before we quote.

What about power?

We plug into existing GFCI outlets only, with no hardwiring. Many entrances have only monument-light or irrigation circuits. If there’s no usable GFCI outlet, the association’s electrician adds one before install. That is a condition of the quote, and we confirm it at the site check.

Will the lights hurt the palms?

No. Palms are landscape work, and that’s our day job. We spiral-wrap at 4″ spacing, never wrap the crown shaft tight and never staple into the trunk.

How fast do you fix outages?

Within 24 hours. Commercial outages are visible to hundreds of residents, so our commercial service window is half the residential one.

When do you install and take down?

Approve by Nov 20 for lights by Dec 5. Entrance installs run Dec 1-12, weekdays 9am-3pm to avoid resident rush hours, with cones and high-visibility vests at every entrance. Takedown is in January.

Do we buy the lights?

No. Lights are leased and all-inclusive: design, install, 24-hour service, takedown and storage.

Too late for this year’s budget?

Ask for a 3-year proposal for the 2027 budget. HOA budgets are typically set in late summer and fall, and we’ll follow up in June.
