No. We supply, maintain and store them, which is why there’s no upfront equipment cost.
When do you install and take down?
Installs run Nov 9 – Dec 12: a pre-Thanksgiving window through Nov 25 and a final window Nov 30 – Dec 12. Takedown happens in January, finished by Jan 31. Want them up longer? Ask, and we’ll schedule a later date.
What if a bulb goes out?
Text us. We’ll fix it within 48 hours, free, all season.
Can you use my lights?
No. We install our own commercial-grade lights only, so we can stand behind them all season.
My HOA has rules?
Tell us on the form, and we’ll design to them. Some communities limit dates or colors, and some need approval before install.
Can I lock in next year?
Yes. A 3-year agreement locks this year’s price and takes 10% off years 2 and 3.
How do I pay?
After you approve your quote, we send a 50% deposit invoice to hold your date. The balance is due on install day. Current customers can use the card already on file with Always Green.
Will it damage my gutters or roof?
No. We use clips only, never nails or staples. Before we start, we photograph your roofline and note any existing damage.
Do I need to be home?
No. You just need a working outdoor GFCI outlet. We’ll text you a photo when your house is lit.
