Homes in Grande Dunes often have long rooflines, multiple peaks, turrets or hip roofs, and two-story elevations. Our Showcase package is built for homes like these. It covers up to 300 feet of roofline, two palm or tree wraps, up to 40 feet of walkway lights and two 36″ lit wreaths. Need more? Additional roofline is priced per foot, so your quote reflects your actual home rather than a vague range.
We measure your roofline by satellite from your address, then design runs section by section. Every run is cut to length and labeled for your home, and the same set goes back up next year, so the look stays consistent season to season.
Palms are our specialty
Palms define the Grande Dunes streetscape, and lighting them well takes landscape know-how. Our crews care for palms year-round, so we wrap trunks and canopies without damaging the crown or stapling into the trunk. A palm trunk wrap is $125, and a full trunk-and-canopy “Myrtle Beach palm” is $225 per palm. A row of lit palms along a driveway is one of the most striking looks on the coast.
Built to hold up near the water
Homes near the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean deal with salt air and wind. We use commercial-grade LED lights on wire rated for coastal conditions, attached with clips (never nails or staples), plugged into your existing outdoor GFCI outlet and set on an automatic timer. If anything goes dark, text us and we’ll fix it within 48 hours, free.
Community standards respected
Grande Dunes neighborhoods have architectural and community guidelines. Let us know your community on the quote form, and we’ll design within the rules. We’ll also give you a design summary if your association needs to approve it.

Do you install on steep or multi-level roofs?
Yes, with the right ladders, stabilizers and a harness. Steep or two-story roofs add 20%.
Do I own the lights?
No. We supply, maintain and store commercial-grade lights, so there’s no upfront equipment cost.
