Market Common homes often have porches, columns, railings and detailed trim. A clean roofline paired with porch garland or a lit wreath usually reads better here than a busy, everything-lit look. We start with a satellite measurement of your roofline from your address, then design a layout that fits your home’s architecture. For porch-heavy homes, lit garland on railings ($14 per foot) and a 24″ or 36″ lit wreath on the door make an easy finishing touch.
Because homes sit close together and many have shared lot lines, we plan every run and every outlet location in advance. Your runs are cut, crimped and labeled in our shop the day before install, so the crew spends less time on your property and more time getting it right.
HOA guidelines, handled
Market Common neighborhoods typically have association guidelines, and some include rules about holiday decorations. Note your HOA on the quote form, and we’ll design to those rules. We install with clips only, never nails or staples, so there’s no damage to trim, gutters or shingles.

Palms and the rest of the yard
If your Market Common home has palms in the front bed, a palm trunk wrap ($125) or trunk-and-canopy wrap ($225) adds that coastal touch the Grand Strand is known for. Shrub nets ($45 each) work well on foundation plantings. Our Holiday Ready bundle adds leaf cleanup and fresh pine straw in the same visit window, with 10% off the cleanup, so the beds look as good as the lights.
Scheduled by neighborhood
We group installs by area, and Market Common shares install days with nearby Socastee. That keeps our crew efficient and your price fair. If a neighbor on your street books too, you each save $50.
Getting started takes two minutes
- Enter your address on our holiday lighting page.
- We measure your roofline by satellite and email you a price, usually within two business hours.
- Approve your quote and pay a 50% deposit.
- We install, maintain your lights all season and take them down after New Year’s.
Install dates run from early November into mid-December. Pick an early date if you want the house lit before Thanksgiving.
