Lights that can handle the beach
Living this close to the ocean is a big part of what makes Surfside special. It’s also hard on holiday lights. Salt air corrodes cheap strands, and coastal wind can pull lights loose. That’s why we install only commercial-grade LED lights on wire rated for salt air and wind. We attach everything with clips (never nails or staples), plug into your existing outdoor GFCI outlet and set an automatic timer. If a bulb or run goes out, text us and we’ll fix it within 48 hours at no charge.
We also don’t do ladder work in sustained high wind, rain or lightning. If weather moves your install day, we’ll text you and reschedule.
Raised homes and beach cottages
Surfside has everything from classic beach cottages to raised homes and newer two-story builds. Raised and two-story homes add a 20% height adjustment to the price, and our crew works with stabilized ladders and fall protection on those jobs. We price every home from a satellite measurement of the roofline, so you don’t need to be home and there’s no site visit.

2026 packages (single-story): Essential from $549 for up to 100 ft of front roofline. Signature from $949 for up to 175 ft, plus two lit shrubs and a 24″ wreath. Showcase from $1,695 for up to 300 ft, plus two palm or tree wraps, walkway lights and two 36″ wreaths. Always Green customers start at $499.
Add a coastal signature
Nothing says “Christmas at the beach” like lit palms. Add a palm trunk wrap for $125 or a trunk-and-canopy wrap for $225. Our landscape crews already know how to care for palms, so we light them without harming them. Lit railing garland is another great fit for Surfside’s porches, stairs and decks.
If you rent your home out part of the year, lights on a timer are one less thing to manage. Nothing needs to be switched on, and we take care of service calls while you’re away.

We book installs by zone to keep our crews efficient, and Surfside Beach shares install days with Murrells Inlet. If a neighbor on your street books too, you each get $50 off.
